Thalia Jefferies believed the danger at the Cedar Ridge Hills Museum had passed and life could begin with new dreams and second chances.
The corridors and hidden crevices in the great house on the crest of the hill whispered warnings of an evil presence. The malevolent danger was as strong and relentless as the waves from Superior.
She had to find help and create a campaign, a series of battles to prove she, too, had the resources to pit powers against the witch’s dreadful plans for her future.
The battle lines were drawn.

Exciting and a bit creepy at times. Perfect!
I love this continuation of the story! Thalia is forced to keep looking over her shoulder and peeking around corners trying to keep her life on an even keel. It’s not working out that well.

I loved this story.
This paranormal story is so good! It incorporates an interesting plotline with wonderful twists. I love how the house seems to be an active participant. These characters are interesting and there is some delightful dialogue. A lot of fun to read but maybe not on a spooky night.
Sarah is a beautiful redhead who works for a special agency that fixes broken timelines and rescues historically significant people who are in trouble. She has a special set of skills that allow her to ‘tap’ someone out of a dangerous situation. Her present assignment is to find and rescue a prince whose son eliminates hunger and disease on his island nation.“Save the Prince; save the King; and save the Reds. In doing so, Red Sarah may just save herself, who knows, but what might be the cost? Moving from modern-day wisecrackery to a time of romance long ago, Carol Ann Kauffman’s tale is filled with majesty and bravery. This time travel story is a gift for all.” – Amazon Review“Sarah has one job, and that is to rescue Crown Prince Lucas of Mist from captivity in a dungeon. Yet everything is not as it seems and will Sarah be able to stop an upcoming war? This was an interesting book about time travel and trying not to disrupt the time continuum. I liked Sarah, and it was interesting where she and Lucas ended up.” -Amazon Review

An enjoyable read
This is a fun easy, fast read. When science meets fantasy involving time travel is where the storyline lives and shines. The characters: Sarah a lovely redhead and a prince. The story starts out with Sarah approaching an apparent lifeless figure on the floor of a dark dungeon. She has come to help the Crown Prince Lucas of the Mist Kingdom in the highland of LaMere. The prince corrects her by saying he’s not the Crown Prince but his brother and if she saves him, he has nothing to offer here. She does return the next night with food. As conversation ensues the reader discovers that the prince’s father, King Theodore of the House of Walker is close-minded, stubborn, vicious, and brutal per the prince and per Sarah a beast. The prince was out riding on his horse and woke up in the dungeon. He was apparently falsely accused of attacking and killing two men per Sarah but he protests he attacked no one. As it turns out he is in fact the Crown Prince and learns that his two other brothers have been murdered. Here the story conflict has been set and the storyline moves along at a rapid clip. Without retelling the whole story suffice it to say it was an easy, sit down in a couple of hours by the fireplace fast read. It’s worth picking it up to find out if Sarah manifested the courage necessary to ultimately be the heroine she set out to be. No spoilers. I enjoyed the read right down to the poignant dedication after the story.

Carol Ann Kauffman is showing a different side of Romance, how many are there of you out there?
This story is completely different from all the other books I have read by Carol Ann Kauffman. You get to see another side of her creative mind and I love it. She had me guessing all through the book. She filled it with mystery, suspense, romance, and paranormal. Her style is the same as her other work, maybe even better. Open doorways can be wonderful and yet confusing to some. But to go through a doorway and wake up not knowing who you are or where you are can be unusual. Sam doesn’t remember parts of her life. Her husband is telling her that she hit her head and has memory loss. But she doesn’t know who he is either. Jaxs is madly in love with his wife and would do anything for her, even switch places with Jackson Blake. As the two of them resume their life together in Florida, Sam finds herself falling in love with her husband all over again. But is he really her husband? Then one day trouble happens and she is pulled into a cloud with hands all over her. She has no idea what is going on. But she ends up at a castle and remembers her father and everybody there, but how? Jackson ends up there too and wants to take her home. The king is mean and loves to torture people. He goes after a tracker who found Samantha thinking that he killed his real daughter. So how many Samanthas are there? And is there more than one Jackson Blake? As the story goes on, you find yourself trying to figure out why there are clones and who made them. Why would someone want more than one person that looks the same? Well, the guardian has his reasons. Can this all be worked out? Or is someone going to die? Will all be disappointed in the end? You will have to read it to find out.
A marvelous and fantastic journey, enjoy little-known history crafted with original, brilliant, unforgettable moments, unforgettable characters, and an unforgettable adventure that will keep you shaking your head. Karen Standing Deer’s daughter, Jennifer, knows exactly what she wants–to fall in love and marry a Native American just like her father and brother. Everyone else is immediately dismissed. Her friends and family keep telling her, the one you want could be right in front of her face. Unfortunately, like watching a bolt of lightning hit the ground, there’s nothing that can be done about it. She has the uncanny knack of choosing the wrong men, every time. Traveling to the past, with the belief that her one true love can’t be found this side of the millennium, she refuses to learn that she doesn’t have to go back to the past to find the one–she just needs to go back to the past to find her path.
Cinderella 7
Quite Interesting!
I enjoyed this book as much as the first four. It was filled with letters that I didn’t understand the meaning of, like DD for instance. Jennifer was a very confused woman. I loved how she went back in time to help others but was disappointed that the story didn’t explain what happened to Jonathan. Did Jen teach him how to treat his future wife? I would have liked to know what happened to him and his family. Then Jen and Taylor finally get to understand each other and poof … The story ends. I expected much more to the story. Regardless I loved the story anyway, what there was of it. Are there any more books for the series?

MikiHope This Time Travel will keep you guessing and enthralled!! Although not a part of the Time After Time series (at least I don’t it is)–it should be in my opinion. If you follow my blog book reviews you know I have read and reviewed many of Carol Ann Kauffman’s books before. I do love Time Travel novels (second only to Historical Romance–then comes Cozy’s). This one will definitely keep your attention. Samantha does not like mirrors anymore–and you won’t blame her. She has been dragged into too many different places and times. All she really wants is to find the man she really loves! Will she be able to distinguish between all the clones? You will have to read the book to find out!

I enjoyed this story just as much as the first one. The intricate plotting and wonderful descriptions kept me on the edge of my Kindle! Thalia really has her hands full now! 5 stars from me!

This book is not that long and will keep you enthralled and reading until the end!
This is a fairy tale type book-except the woman saves the prince! And the woman, Sarah is a time traveler from the future–the prince is the much-hated third son of his father the King. He is thrown into an enemy’s dungeon and Sarah has to rescue him! This book is not that long and will keep you enthralled and reading until the end!
But don’t stop there–Please read the Dedication at the end–it is beautiful and obviously written from the heart!
