Such an amazing story I love the character Serena and Dante and the sense of humor in it as well. Darlene has done such an amazing job bringing these characters to life for us once again. The feels are awesome and the images in my mind…well let’s not go there lol I need more of this couple for sure. Well written, well-rounded, and wonderful. I want to be Serena hehehehehe.
A past she can’t remember. A love he can’t forget. After losing everything in an accident that he can only blame himself for, Robbie Newlin embraced sobriety and tried to live his life quietly alone at this family’s cottage on the lake. Grief being his only ally, Robbie was perfectly content with how he lived until Faith moved into the cottage next door. Now, Faith, had him questioning whether to keep grieving or to open his broken heart to let love in again. Faith McMillan had no memory of her life before that day three years ago. The physical scars had faded, but the emotional ones were still fresh and raw. Living rent-free seemed like a great way to finish her second book and give her the time to figure out her next move, but then she met the reclusive guy next door, and everything changed. To get past the broken parts, Robbie and Faith must figure out if they want to continue living their lives in solitude or take a chance on finding an ending together.

I loved this story. In fact, I read it in two sittings. Oh, how I hoped … for the main characters. If you said what one thing could have made it better? I would say….. more, please. Lol. Already ready for the next. So I guess I better go back and read the first few in the series. If you love true love… you’ll love this Novella and wish it was an even longer novel. Well done.
Victoria Remington is one of the best supernatural hunters that an elite team of special forces has. But, there seems to be a slight problem. She now has a price on her head. And, it just so happens to be a price offered by the very Demon who killed her parents so many years ago.
Determined to protect her at all cost, her superior forces her to take a leave of absence and just lay low for a little while…which makes for a very ticked off hunter. Part Were and part Fey, this beautiful force of nature is deadly on a good day. Imagine what she’s like when she’s angry!
Camden Stark retired from the same team that Victoria now works for when he was nearly killed by the same Demon who now wants Victoria dead. Having a favor called in on him, Camden is asked to keep an eye on the stunning hybrid to make sure that she’s kept safe. But the question of the day is… is he?
From the moment that these two lay eyes on each other it’s like the 4th of July and the sparks fly. Two strong fighters thrown together on a tropical island for an entire month. Sound like paradise? Not even close.
Join this pair as they spar and argue and maybe…just maybe, find that sometimes what you’ve been looking for your entire life can be right next door…and you didn’t even know it.

Her home in Southern California with her mother is a constant reminder of her loss and pain. In hopes of escaping her past, she moves to North Bend Oregon to live with her father, where she meets a beautiful boy named Aidan Summers.
Jane is intrigued by his looks as well as his unusual ways of attempting to get her attention. After months of uncommon conversation and frustration, an uncertain romance brews between Jane and Aidan, but Aidan has a ghastly secret that could destroy everything.
High school romance with a side of horror/mystery!
I really enjoyed this book!
Jane is a socially anxious high schooler who moves to her father’s home in Oregon to get away from a tragic family event. In Oregon, she is reunited with some childhood friends and meets the mysterious and attractive Aiden whom she falls in an uncertain love with. There is plenty of romantic tension between them and it seems a couple other boys may be jealous, adding to the tension.
The writing style is fun and easy to read, letting the reader discover and unravel past and current events and get to know the motivations of the main characters. There is plenty of romantic interest, action, and intrigue to engage the reader and leave them wanting more. The book will appeal to anyone wanting to read young adult romance and action-horror/fantasy.
It only took one look into his eyes for her to know she was in trouble. Adam Bricklin has heard the melody in his head for years, the melody that told him if a decision was right or wrong. When he met Ragan Newlin, the song told him she was the one. He was devastated when circumstances tore them apart. It had taken three years for Adam to finally move past the heartbreak he suffered when Ragan left town in the middle of the night. No note, no email, no text. She was just gone. Now he has a new girlfriend, a new album in the works, and his daughter is doing well in school. Until the day Ragan returned to Fairfield Corners. Ragan came home to celebrate her parents’ anniversary, hoping they would forgive her for not telling them about her marriage or her son. When she discovered that Adam was still living in Fairfield Corners she hoped her secrets were safe; secrets that drove her away three years ago, secrets that could change their lives forever.
Ragan’s Song (Fairfield Corners #2) was a good read by L.A. Remenicky Ragan returned to her hometown to celebrate her parents anniversary. She has a huge secret that she hopes they will forgive her for. She found out thatAdam still lived there and she was hoping he wouldn’t find out her secrets it affects him too. Adam was devastated when Ragan left town three years earlier. She left with no note or text. It has taken the last three years to recover from the heartbreak. Once she returns, the chemistry they once had comes back although they both try to fight it. I really enjoyed this book and can’t wait to read more by L.A. Remenicky.

December 14, 2014Format: Kindle Edition|Verified PurchaseI am going to confess to loving “Angel” stories. Eons ago I use to watch all of Michael London’s “ Highway to Heaven” series and I ended up with tears in my eyes at the end of nearly episode. LOLWhile living, Rebekah was a drug addict who fell in love with Luke. Though Luke loved her, he walked away from her until she could clean up her act and become drug-free. She cleaned herself up and Luke ended up proposing to her. BUT one of Rebekah’s former drug buddies dumped a roofie into her drink. She ends up overdosing and dying in Luke’s arms. Luke was devastated and believed it was a relapse.
Feeling hurt and rejected and not wanting Luke to think that she was at fault, Rebekah made a huge fuss in heaven. Finally she was tasked with going back to earth to live amongst some mortals who desperately needed help and guidance. The deal was, IF she made a positive difference on earth, she would once again become mortal. If she didn’t, she would travel the downward road to hell.
What a great start to an angel story. The challenge for Rebekah is that the people she is sent to help out, are pretty hopeless. Will she be able to make a difference before her time runs out?
Author, Angela Gascoigne has done a FABULOUS job in creating a cast of characters with real problems, challenges and “devils.” I found myself turning pages faster and faster to find out what would happen. Will Rebekah redeem herself in the eyes of Luke? Will she get him back? Will she be able to stay on earth or will she be banished to Hell?
This is a great “feel good” story. Romance, love, friendship and redemption.
Reviewed in the United States on March 15, 2020Verified PurchaseI enjoyed this story which not only shares how war touches not only those in the military, but the families that love them. Tom Roberts and his family were shocked when Tom was called to service. This story follows Tom and an owl who has special gifts to share. The author writes a touching story.
From the horror of a psychopath killer with extraordinary powers, to true ghost stories, and stories that leave you wondering, if their is a place for everybody or if some are really just lost in their own minds, you will find that story in this collection of short stories by Patricia Moran, Marta Moran Bishop, Roman Nyle, and Pat Marsden.
Thoroughly enjoyed this collection of short stories. Most were different from the usual paranormal stories as they ended leaving the reader to decide what will happen. Fun and entertaining.
