THE G.O.D.S SERIES MUST BE READ IN ORDER

November 12, 2052: Earth has lost two-thirds of its population to the Great War. Many more lives have been lost to earthquakes, the Clover Virus, and the Death Plague. Years later, survivors are clumped into factions. Two of those factions—the Brotherhood and the Guild Faction—have battled over medical supplies and food for years. The fight is coming to a head as manpower dwindles, and the struggle becomes one to gain numbers, even if said numbers are children…Griffin Storm, an albino man kidnapped and dragged into the Brotherhood, has transformed into a G.O.D., a Genetically enhanced Omni-dimensional being. Two weeks in the brig, and Griffin’s released after it’s determined that he’s learned to control most of his god-like abilities. His abilities have grown almost as much as his love for Tassta Vinetti and his unfortunate bloodlust. His bond with Tassta’s twin brother, Penn, has grown as well and is cemented in secrets. Soon after his release, Griffin’s told that Guild agents and the notorious Trips (super-agents of the Guild) are in the Underground. He must now test his abilities to save the abandoned children that live there. Will Griffin rescue the children of the Underground from a tragic end? Will Tassta and Griffin’s love survive such turmoil? Can a G.O.D. forgive himself when death and destruction follow his every move? Read Blood Phase, the gripping second book in the G.O.D.s Series!

5 glowing stars from me!

Having eagerly read Blood Master, I simply had to read this story too, especially knowing how imaginative and emotional this author’s creative mind was likely to be. Her stories ooze with great insight into the dynamics between characters while her imagination is just on full throttle, adding so much essence to the plot.
The story is like a layered cake, with Griffin and Tassta’s romance simply added as a delicious icing on the top for me…my goodness, I swooned. But, the romantic part did not distract me from the suspenseful segments of the story.
Just like in the Blood Master, the characters in Blood Phase are well-established and easily refreshed my recall of them so clearly in my head. Almost as if I was in the story, I got so caught up in it and I was compelled by my urges to read the story until I finished it, with the sun slowly peeking over the horizon in the morning.
I can’t wait to read the next sequel!!! I hope they make a movie of this story…Imagine watching it in 3D! swoons

Wonderful second book in the G.O.D.s series

You really get to know and love Griffin Storm in the first book of the series, ‘Blood Master.’ His fight continues in ‘Blood Phase.’ The Great War has left a world divided. Like all good suspense stories, there’s good and evil. In this case, the Brotherhood and the Guild Faction.
Griffin is learning more about his unusual powers and how to control them. His feelings for Tassta are intensifying, but their relationship is challenged as Griffin battles a myriad of emotions.
The unwavering love from Tassta and friendship from Penn are needed to give Griffin the strength to rescue the children before they’re taken back to the Guild Faction.
This book follows on beautifully from the first in the series. The Descriptive characters, imaginative storyline, heart-pumping action, and passionate love story, make it a must-read.

The fight is coming to a head as manpower dwindles, and the struggle becomes one to gain numbers, even if said numbers are children…
Griffin Storm is hiding out in Underground Atlanta. He’s an albino man that can manipulate glass and crystal, and he uses his special abilities to raid warehouses and old buildings for food and supplies for the abandoned children that live underground. During a raid, he meets Tassta Vinetti, a resident of the Brotherhood fortress. He is taken to the fortress and chaos ensues as Tassta, her twin brother Penn, and her uncle, try to keep their new visitor and his untold powers a secret.
Griffin is the only survivor of the Guild’s deadly experiments, and they hunt for him because his survival will have dynamic consequences on the world. The Guild believes that Griffin will transform into a G.O.D., a genetically enhanced Omni-dimensional being with limitless abilities.
Will Griffin transform into a G.O.D.? Will he save the children of the Underground from their tragic life? Only time will tell…

Looking forward to more.

really enjoyed this book. It has a great collection of characters, each with their own agendas and goals, and some with secret pasts too. The writing style is very natural and contains a lot of detail to sink your teeth into. I liked how easy it was to get an idea of just how much the world has changed before the time the story is set. It’s a bleak world, ravaged by war and disease, yet there is still hope. Two completely different people find a deep connection despite the overwhelming odds against them. I felt sorry for them both by the end of the story as they were put through so much, Griffin in particular. Without giving anything away to other readers, he faces a vicious internal fight between two very powerful sides. I suspect things are only going to get harder as the series continues too.
I’m looking forward to seeing where it goes next. Hoping to see more of the elusive Guild Faction too. It’s a 5 from me, though, as I found the writing style so easy to read and enjoy…

Awesome
An awesome follow up to Blood Master: Book 1 of The G.O.D.s Series

Blood Phase follows on seamlessly from book one, and we rejoin Griffin, Tassta, Lerin and all, in the continuing story.
Once again the characters are well-fleshed out and have their own personalities, and are like friends I’ve known for years. I feel their love, fear, confusion, frustration, and sorrow, and my heart goes out to them.
The descriptive writing draws you in and keeps you there through all the twists, turns, and actions, and doesn’t let go until you turn the last page.
I am eager to read the next book and discover what happens next.

An interesting take on a dystopian world that drew me in from the first chapter.

The main characters are fleshed out so well that we follow their exploits with great interest. The details we are given about their lives, their thoughts, and their feelings make them real for the reader, and that’s exactly what I look for in a book.
The story itself is complicated but intriguing, keeping me glued to the pages to find out what happens next. I won’t give anything away, but let’s just say that I am rooting for the albino! If Book Two is half as good as this one, it will be a wonderful adventure indeed.
