Noah Meyers is a confirmed bachelor whose Mom is constantly trying to fix him up with women. Unfortunately none of these women pan out in the love connection department. When Noah walks into a pet store and ultimately adopts one of the dogs, his life is about to change, and change in a big way. A light, romantic comedy, this book is highly recommend for a fun read to escape for a while.

Cliffy Chippy lives in Chippyville with his Mom and Dad and three brothers and three sisters. They were all chocolate chip cookies. He also lived with his regular dog Rockwell. He had a secret that made him very sad. He didn’t play with the kids at school he waited and played at home with Rockwell. One day his teacher asked him to read a page during class. He couldn’t do it. His classmates giggled at that. His teacher sent the children outside so she could talk with Cliffy who was crying. He told her his secret. “I wish I was a Brownie.”. Did she laugh at him? Did she tell him stop, that was wrong? You get to listen/ read and find out her answer she gave Cliffy with a smile.
This is a cute book about fitting in. Even though you might look like a group of people you might not feel like you belong. This book gives a rather simple and truthful explanation to this problem. This book is also a wonderful conversation starter.
Martin had lost his first wife and daughter in a horrible car accident and it took him years to fight the sadness he woke up with every day. When he met Elaine everything changed. He married her and their new life made Martin forget all the pain. Once again life was good.
After feeling such happiness the second time around Martin never expected tragedy to once again be knocking at his door, but it had. Elaine came up with a solution she thought would be for the best. Martin went along with her plan but it put him in a compromised position and very unhappy, but he loved his wife so much he agreed to live her lie.
The stakes were very high but Martin thought in time he could change her mind but as the years passed the only thing that changed was Elaine. She became withdrawn and uneasy and finally when things got out of hand and Martin couldn’t control anything that happened it was a downward spiral and everything they had worked to achieve began to crumble.
Could Martin save his wife from herself? Would Elaine let that happen?
4.0 out of 5 stars An enjoyable read!Reviewed in the United States on July 9, 2017Verified Purchase
Screenplays happen to be one of my favorite things to read, so when I saw this book was based off one of the author’s screenplays I couldn’t wait to check it out. I can usually tell when a book is written this way because the dialogue and characters are so strong that you can actually picture the novel taking place in front of you. This is certainly a writing strength that this author possesses, which makes me excited for future work.
When it comes to the story, I really enjoyed the plot very much. I don’t want to divulge too many details, but you will certainly want to read this book all of the way through. Some of the characters are a bit difficult to figure out, but that makes the story a lot more interesting in my eyes. I think, it tackles some lessons in life that many face, but won’t cause you to spend a weekend crying over the ending if you plan on reading this in public.

This is a short Novella about Lilly Peters who was a doctor by day and an escort by night. She was on her own at a very young age and had to put herself through Medical school, but when her grandmother took ill she needed money for her care. She had heard through the hospital Intern grapevine about being an escort for very rich influential men and jumped at the chance. What she didn’t know was how much she would enjoy having sex for money.
Everything was going at an easy pace when some of the other escorts were roughed up pretty bad and no one seemed to why. She needed to find the answer. As things got worse and one of her favorite lovers was murdered she had to make a choice. Was it all worth it or was she sorry she became an escort? Did she fall too fast for men she barely new?
Pick up a copy and enjoy the ride.
but I love this portrayal of womenNovember 3, 2017 – Published on Amazon.comVerified PurchaseWell, the title is definitely something else, huh?
Alright, this is my opinion, but I love this portrayal of women, I want women to think, feel and act as Lily does, because there is nothing more attractive than a strong and confident woman who knows what she wants and how to get it.
There is something captivating in this story, the portrayal of all characters and the drastic changes from day to night make it for an awesome read, lessons are learnt in the hard way and in the end Lily would have to make a choice. Ultimately I think she chose right.
There is a lot going on in this book and still, everything flows nicely, I love how detailed it was at moments, and especially I love how we see everything from the point of view of Lily, her thoughts and actions were interesting, this is a nice read you shouldn’t miss.

If you’re tired of the same run of the mill romances then this one is certainly right up your alley. You won’t wind up with a huge drama that leaves you waiting for the happy ending. Rather, this romance is a lot more real to life than you can imagine. The characters are loveable, even with some of their eccentric behaviors, which is something that I especially enjoyed about the book. I also got a kick out of the humor that the author brought to the table. If you love romance stories but aren’t eager for the erotic elements that many novels have now-a-days, then this is right up your alley.
I read this book was taken from a screen play, which might be one of the main reasons it stood out to me. Of course, this means the dialogue is much stronger than you would find in other novels. Overall, you will keep a deeper storyline that is sure to impress.

It’s Never Too Late For Love is a timeless and delightful love story filled with a lot of laughter and just a hint of magic.
If you like to laugh this book is for you. Enjoy!
It’s very rare for me to find a book like this one and as you keep reading, there is a constant giggle that it just can’t stop. Stories like this are a reminder that no matter the age or the rough pass of time, love will still come to you, from one way or another, a mother, a relative or a close person to you will always care and get worried about you and as twisted as your life might be, there is a solution for that too.
I, honestly don’t have the words to express how much I love this book, especially because two months ago one of my beloved pet passed away and while reading this, I was remembering every moment of happiness I have with him, just because we have a language, can talk and complain it doesn’t mean dogs or animals in general don’t do that too, and considering the joy a pet brings to your life, it’s normal to suggest that this story happen to all of us in a daily basis.
No criticism, no suggestions, just buy and read this book, times are always difficult, no matter the perspective, but stories like this one can make everyone’s day a little bit better.
Kids laugh at the strangest things. This funny short-rhyming book is jam-packed with rhymes that will not only entertain children, but also the adults hearing the poems with them.

Not only do I enjoy reading children’s books to my youngest grand-children, I, myself, like reading them. And I love the illustrations.. I find the best books to be fun, clever and uplifting. And “The Busy Bus” is one of the most special ones I’ve read in a long time.
The 32 poems in this book cover an amazing range of things kids like to giggle about; from mean teachers to pink pigs, smelly socks to singing, flowers, fish and much more. I like that a single poem with a really cute illustration fits on a single page. Author Marsha Casper Cook planned her lay-out well, just as she did the topics of interest to children. She certainly knows a child’s mind.
My very favorite poem is the one about smelly socks; it made me giggle the most. And I really got a kick out of Isabella Pimpinella with her red umbrella. I could name many more, but you will have to read for yourself to truly enjoy this author’s talent.
I can’t wait to read this to little Maya or Christopher, but if they don’t visit soon, I’ll send a copy to their mothers so they can read to them.
This author has many children’s books on Amazon and since Isabella Pimpinella now has her own series, I already have “Isabella Pimpinella’s Magic Potion,”. I’m going to read that next. Looks like I’ll be on a kiddy-kick for a while trying to keep up with this precocious, lovable character.
