Nina and her daughter witnessed her father being shot. The men who heard her gasp came to the door and threatened them. Nina borrowed her friend’s car and left the back way to Vail Mountain to her friend Joan. She is followed, and a car pushed them off the road into the river down at the bottom of the hill. Nina and her daughter survive but realize whoever pushed her off the road may still be around. Nina contacted Joan, and a search party with Rob look for her. The bad guys catch up, and her cop friend does too. There is Romance, fear, and mystery.
